    Title: Intelligence - HUMINT Training Support - Mid


    Location: Ft. Meade, MD  20755



    INSCOM and the Department of the Army G2 established the United States Army Operations Group (AOG) Provisional in March 2003 to conduct human intelligence operations. As the Army’s only HUMINT brigade and a Major Subordinate Command of INSCOM, the AOG conducts full spectrum HUMINT operations worldwide in support of Army HUMINT requirements. AOG conducts operations in all HUMINT disciplines and supports commanders from the tactical to strategic and Army levels, including units involved in combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and worldwide.


    The on-site AOG HUMINT Collection Management Lead Analyst oversees and manages a team of Collection Management analysts to integrate the results of source management information, targeting packages, and HUMINT information to produce intelligence information reports and Collection Support Briefs consistent with the AOG’s mission. Provides HUMINT collection management analysis for customer HUMINT operations to identify gaps within existing collection plans. Provides recommendations to enhance the customers’ ability to rapidly disseminate intelligence information reports and to de-conflict collection plans with the greater IC, providing recommended SOPs and TTPs as appropriate. May develop, draft, and coordinate HUMINT Operational Proposals in support of HUMINT collection operations to satisfy priority Army requirements.



    Required Qualifications: 

    Security Clearance:  TOP SECRET

    Special Access / Access Eligibility:  SCI eligible

    Polygraph:  CI Poly Preferred

    Education: Associate Degree in any discipline


    5 years’ experience within the IC must include knowledge of and experience with intelligence operations and its various disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation.


    - Detailed knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations:  intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

    - Detailed knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DHS, and Departments of Treasury and State programs and products

    - Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines

    - Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications.


    Desirable Experience:

    - Experience with HUMINT operations

    - Experience with conducting research, create, develop, and delivery of professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports

    - Experience in producing reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior policy makers

    - Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design

    - Experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods, including the design, development, and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys

    - Detailed knowledge in applying state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools

    - Experience in developing training curriculum
