    Title: Intelligence Analyst - Counterintelligence Analyst - Mid

     

    Location: Quantico, VA 22134

     

    Description:

    The candidate will work with the customer to integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused advocacy necessary to establish and implement the means, mechanisms, policies, procedures, and plans necessary for the Defense Counterintelligence (CI) enterprise to identify, deceive, exploit, disrupt, or neutralize foreign intelligence and international terrorist activities directed against the Department of Defense (DoD).

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Required:

    • Experience supporting DoD Force Protection Detachment (FPD) objectives.
    • Experience providing guidance on CI matters and proposing recommendations to de-conflict defense-wide issues impacting DoD CI Programs, functions, and mission activities.
    • Experience reviewing national level, DoD, and Service policies, programs, and doctrine to keep leadership informed of changes and their effects on CI enterprise governance.
    • Experience coordinating, organizing, and participating in working group meetings with DoD services, Department of State, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense.
    • Experience producing analytic reports, presentations, and/or assessments focusing on Foreign Intelligence Entity threats.
    • Experience collaborating and facilitating mission effectiveness relationships with Law Enforcement, Defense Agencies, OSD, Military Departments, COCOMS, and subordinate government agencies.
    • Capability to prepare and disseminate monthly operational reports and coordinate and update changes to Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Capability to coordinate, monitor, consolidate, and review comments relating to the staffing of CI draft documents and provide executive level evaluations, analysis, and adjudication.

     

    Security Clearance: TS

    Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI

    Polygraph: Willing to take CI poly

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree

    Training: Training as a Credentialed CI Special Agent preferred

    Experience: 5 years of experience in the CI disciplines of investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services, and/or mission support.

     

    Additional Qualifications Desired:

    Master’s Degree

    Military Experience

    Possess a valid state driver's license
