  • Position Overview

    Title: CI Requirements and Collection Officer


    Location: Springfield, VA 22150



    • Provide CI program management support.
    • Provide operational and production direction and guidance.
    • Provide CI input and CI technical expertise, support and maintenance to internal databases. 
    • Perform CI collection and production responsibilities.
    • Publish Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
    • Use IT systems to task & track office level requirements.
    • Coordinate and collaborate across all levels of the management chain.
    • Conduct external customer coordination and collaboration.
    • Maintain office training master schedule.
    • Maintain oversight of office SOPs.


    Qualifications Required:

    • Shall possess a minimum of 11 years of CI experience.

    • Foundational defensive CI experience to include conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training and awareness.

    • Strong research, critical thinking and analytic skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.

    • Must be credentialed graduates of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.

    • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline

    Security Clearance: TS

    Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI

    Polygraph: Willing to take CI poly

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience: 11 years of experience


    Additional Qualifications Desired:


    • Master’s Degree or greater in Business Administration or related discipline
