    Title: Intelligence Support-Counterintelligence Advisor-Senior

     

    Location: Springfield, VA 22150

     

    Description:

     

    • Ensures Counterintelligence (CI) collaboration and communication between the client and key component leadership.
    • Delivers executive-level CI guidance to leadership.
    • Leads CI education, awareness and training to client audiences.
    • Close collaboration and CI support with the respective directorates’ leadership.
    • Daily/weekly desk-side and small group comprehensive CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, awareness and education.
    • Monthly threat briefings and awareness and education presentations at directorate and office town hall and division and branch meetings.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications Required:

    • Shall possess at least 15 years or greater of CI experience.
    • Shall have experience developing presentations and briefing a variety of customer and stakeholders.
    • Shall be credentialed graduates of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
    • Shall possess foundational defensive CI experience to include conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness.
    • Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Mathematics, or related field.

    Security Clearance: TS

    Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI

    Polygraph: Willing to take CI poly

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree

    Experience: 15 years of experience

     

    Additional Qualifications Desired:

    • Possess 5 years of executive-level CI leadership experience involving budgets, policy, manpower and program management
    • Possess post-graduate degree in National Intelligence, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
