    Title:  Project Manager - SR Level

    Location: Seoul, South Korea

    Description: The Senior Project Manager supports the Joint Intelligence Operations Center - Korea (JIOC-K), United States Forces Korea (USFK) Assistant Chief of Staff, J2. This support includes Intelligence All-Source Analysis, Intelligence Planning and Execution, Watch/Indications and Warning, ISR/Production Requirements, Targeting, Counterintelligence Analyst/HUMINT, and Operational Support functions throughout the Korean Theater. Must be able to articulate intelligence requirements and capabilities to solve operational and intelligence problems. Provide collection management, exploitation, dissemination, and derived intelligence products expertise to support operational requirements. Enable enterprise-wide transparency, discovery, and collaboration by building excellent channels of communication within the USFK HQ.

    The Senior Project Manager manages, plans, directs, and coordinates a wide variety of projects ranging from analytic services to communication systems. Guides the project from concept development through final deployment; ensures that the project is completed done on time and within budget. Coordinates and integrates the work of the entire staff to include intelligence analyst, cost and program analyst, technical specialists; assumes overall responsibility for the success of the project. Assumes overall responsibility for the success of the project. The project manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall staffing of the contract as well as weekly and monthly reporting requirements.

    Qualifications

     

    Qualifications Required:

    Experience: 15+ intelligence analysis or intelligence support experience. Must have at least 10 years in a supervisory or management role.

    Security Clearance:  TS

    Special Access / Access Eligibility:  SCI

    Polygraph:  CI poly

    Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

     

    Additional Qualifications Desired:

    Master’s degree in business or intelligence and recognized subject matter expert in intelligence, counterintelligence, or management is preferred.

    Possess a valid state driver's license
