  • Position Overview


    Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA 22060

    Description:  The Senior Budget Analyst provides expert financial and programmatic management support to the INSCOM client, including Manpower Programming and Budget formulation, Civilian Resource Management, Budget Execution, Execution Data Maintenance, Current Year Budget Execution Reporting, Resource Allocation, analysis and reporting of Unfinanced Requirements, and management of Intelligence Contingency Fund (ICF) and similarly controlled funding sources / resources. These personnel perform at an expert level, possessing experience managing INSCOM intelligence and operational programs, tracking and reporting statistical and financial data to a very high standard. In addition, they may also provide Defense Travel System related support at the Brigade and Center organizational levels, as required by the customer.




    Qualifications Required:

    Security Clearance:  TS

    Special Access / Access Eligibility: SCI

    Polygraph:  Candidates must be able to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph if requested.

    Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Management

    Credentials: Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and Intelligence Resource Management courses and training

    Skills: Communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates

    Experience: 10 years financial management experience within the DoD and/or the Intelligence Community


    Additional Qualifications Desired:

    - Experience supporting INSCOM

    - Experience supporting Programs of Record at the Service/Federal Agency levels

    -Experience working with the National Intelligence Program (NIP), Military Intelligence Program (MIP), and Military Service Intelligence Programs of Record
